Role Overview

We are growing over 350% quarter over quarter, and starting to scale up our founding team. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, managing the entire customer journey from order fulfillment to post-purchase support. You will be responsible for handling customer success, order fulfillment, returns/exchanges, customer support, social media management, and communications.

This role has the ability to get in early to a hyper growth organization, and establish your career with unlimited growth opportunities in the near future, not years down the road.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success

Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Order Fulfillment

Oversee the processing and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Manage returns and exchanges, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that arise.

Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing prompt and helpful assistance.

Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and manage social media content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.

Communications

Interact with customers both proactively and responsively to their outreach, conveying the highest level of customer service and experience in every word.

Qualifications

Based in South Florida with the ability to work on-site.

Previous experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for hockey and a commitment to the values of Titan BattleGear.

Compensation

This position will start as an hourly role with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried position, including equity, later this year.
