You've got 30 days on the clock from the moment you get your gear to drop the puck on a return.


The game plan for a successful return? Keep your item in top form, like it never left the bench - unworn, unused, tags still on, and in its original packaging.


Shoot us a pass at returns@titanbattlegear.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, along with the playbook on where and how to send your package back.

If your order arrives and it's not in fighting shape – maybe it's defective, damaged, or just not the right play – just let us know right out of the gate so we can jump in and turn things around.


But keep in mind, there are some items that can't be sent back to the locker room. We're talking custom stuff here, like special orders, team gear, or personalized items.


Exchanges, shift changes, trade deadlines? Same process as above for returns. Just let us know and we will assist you swapping out your items for the perfect fit.


Once we’ve received your return and given it the once-over, we'll update you on the status. You'll see that refund zipping back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, but most cases you see this in the first 24-48 hours. Keep in mind, your bank or card might take a bit to get that refund in the net.
