Job Title: Territory Sales Representative – Team & Specialty Sales

Territory: Midwest Region

Job Summary:

Titan BattleGear is looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Sales Representative to lead Team and Specialty sales efforts throughout the Midwest. You'll work with youth and adult hockey teams, retailers, and pro shops to sell high performance hockey apparel and gear. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with youth, high school, junior, college, and pro hockey teams
• Sell customized teamwear tailored to each organization’s needs
• Lead team fittings, presentations, and ordering consultations
• Attend tournaments, showcases, and hockey events to network and generate leads
• Develop new business with pro shops, independent retailers, and organizations
• Grow and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities across the Midwest
• Travel regularly within the region to maintain in-person client relationships and attend key events
• Accurately track sales activity, customer interactions, and order progress in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the team sports industry
• Passion for hockey and a strong understanding of the team and retail landscape
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Willingness to travel throughout the upper Midwest, including nights and weekends
• Role is ideally located in Minnesota
• Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated

What We Offer:

• A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role is $60,000-$100,000 and is a combination of base salary, earned commissions, and bonus opportunities.
